Week still has not shipped
I understand being busy and everything but having to wait a week or two for items is a bit on the bad side of things
I'd understand it if it was being shipped but my item I bought has been sitting at paid for the last week and have been messaging seller three times for an update while reading their reviews and had one negative that stated that they ordered in a period of time and they still have not received the item they purchased
Not really sure of what to do any help is appreciated

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
