Can't seem to revise a listing now - what is up with the website?

-If a listing is in the last 12 hours, or an auction has one or more bids or there is an active offer changes are extremely limited to only being able to Add an additional comment to the Description section.
-If none of that applies it might be a short term system glitch.
-You also have the option to reach out to eBay.
We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.
