The new making an offer with a paypal popup is pure **bleep**e.
Also, scrolling to bottom of page just trying to find "contact us" link only for page to refill with additional offers is **bleep**e.
Web design is not difficult, but someone at this company has way too much time to discover new ways to break what never needed repairing.

Mentor2 years agoebay is slowly adding an auto-pay method when buyers make an offer or place a bid on an auction, in their attempts to decrease the number of unpaid transactions. Sellers can opt out of this feature.
