On my desk I have 3 up to date computers
iMac, win 7, win 11 on these computers I have 4 browsers
Edge,Safari,Firefox,Chrome all up to date.
On the ebay website
I can not contact any seller.
I have tried many different combinations
of computers and browsers with several different sellers.
The result is always the same.
I get the pop up box to send a message to seller.
But can't write in the box,no cursor or text.
I have spent 21/2 hours on the phone with
4 different customer service agents got no help.
Thanks for any ideas

Okay, just to be clear where you are trying to type on the new but not really improved eBay messaging system. In the screen shot below the green arrow points to a single line typing field with the words "Send message" inside it. Once you start to type INSIDE THAT FIELD those words go away and you can complete your message. Like many other Sellers who have complained about this system they try typing in the large wasted white space above the green arrow to no avail.
