Weather delay shipping items
We had a bad winter storm a few days a go we are still unable to get out and get the items sold to buyers what should I do

It's advisable to send messages to your buyers to let them know about the weather related delay and then contact them again when you do ship. You'll find the message link in the dropdown next to the order transaction in your Orders list (click the three dots).
eBay will protect you from defects on your account for late shipping due to the weather delays. See the announcement here:
