Wearing item for a day and then return and ask for a refund.

Hello,

I'm wondering if a seller out there has ever had this happen to them. Buyer wins an auction for a wedding dress and receives it only to wear for the "Special day" and then asks for a refund within the 30-day return period.

Ya it happens pretty often.

If they file an INAD, you'll have to accept the return and pay return shipping if you want it returned before refunding.

If they file a remorse return, you can deny the return if you don't accept returns.
