We Were Shipped Two Broken Phones
Hello,
We purchased a phone from everythingforlesss in November. We were shipped a first phone that had a green screen. They took the return and shipped us a phone that had a screen hanging out of it. The screen flipped out on the table and cracked. We shipped the second broken phone back. The seller everythingforlesss said that we negligently broke the phone and called us dishonest. everythingforlesss then shipped back the second defective phone. Now, I can't open the case and ebay support is non-existent. I can't even leave negative feedback for the seller.
Do I have any options?
