The tracking states the package was delivered to our house today. That statement is not true.

Mentor1 year agoTake the tracking number down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates for where the package was delivered. If not to your house, they should attempt to retrieve it. If it was to your house, someone may have stolen it out of the mailbox or porch. Report it to your local police and homeowner's insurance.
