We couldn't process your refund (all the time)
This is happening all the time.
I cannot issue a refund.
It says there are problems with payment method or what ever but the bank got charged.
Then it says Try again or contact us.
I cant try again, i dont want to have multiple charges and contacting US is contacting the CHATBOT that never helps.
