We couldn't find this eBay account.
When i tried to sign in earlier i was greeted with "We couldn't find this eBay account." I can only presume my account was compromised, and deleted. Is it possible to recover my account.
This is a new account just to get help because when i call i cant get through to an agent.

Those are not the only possibilities. You may have mistyped the username or had a problem with your account manager. The account could have been hijacked, and the username changed. Or you may have been trying to sign in while eBay was undergoing maintenance.
Try signing in using the email address associated with that account as the username.
Try signing in using a different browser.
If you have a social media account linked to that eBay account, try signing in via social media.
Try signing in using a different device.
Try signing in to your account on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
If none of that helps and you think your account may have been hijacked, try contacting eBay through this page:

OP2 years agoI've tried all the above, and I've tried to "Verify your contact information, shipping addresses and payment details ", but because my account name and my email are not recognised i can't go any further. If i use my mobile however, i do kind of manage to log in, but im greeted with "
It’s not you. It’s us.
Our server is down, but we’ll have things back to normal soon. If you still need help, visit our help pages."

While signed in to this account use the "contact us" link on the "help with a hacked account" page to contact eBay and see if you can find out if your account has been hacked and the username changed.
