If you go to Seller Hub > Listings > Active and scroll down to the Quick Filters you will see if any of the listings are eligible to send the watchers an Offer. Click on the SEND OFFERS--ELIGIBLE and you can send an offer to any watcher if you wish.

Seller Hub > Listings > Active
and scroll down to the Quick Filters you will see if any of the listings are eligible to send the watchers an Offer. Click on the SEND OFFERS--ELIGIBLE and you can send an offer to any watcher if you wish.
