Any difference if you try another browser?
Be careful deleting items from your Watch List; lately deleting an item from your Watch List will also delete the item from any custom lists as well.
To move an item from your Watch List to a custom list, open the listing in a new browser tab, delete the item directly from the Watch List, then go to the item listing and add the item to the custom list.
