Watch shipped from the authenticator arrived damaged, what now?
I had a vintage watch delivered to my buyer from the "Authenticator" damaged and not running. It was running perfectly at the time of shipment. What recourse do I have as the seller? I shipped it fully insured via USPS to the authenticator. Is my insurance voided because the authenticator passed the item and shipped it forward? Very frustrating.

Mentor1 week ago@rusticator02 eBay should refund the buyer for the damaged item as they are the shipper for the Authentication Hub to buyer leg of the sale.
I recommend contact customer service on social media.
Here's how to contact a general customer service agent:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)

Mentor2 weeks agoNo, you should be covered since it already passed through authentication. Have your buyer open a return request.
