watch purchase gone bad
I bought a high end watch 14 months ago, including a 2 year warranty from the store. The watch stopped working so I sent it back.
They could not fix it, so they sent it back.
What should I do now?

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately there is little you can do to get help from either eBay or your payment source because of the time that has passed. eBay only provides a Money Back Guaranty for 30 days from receipt of the item. Most credit/debit cards will only cover you for about 180 days from payment. You can try going to the manufacturer to see what help they can give you but most manufacturers will not warranty items sold on eBay but it cannot hurt to try.
