THEY TELL YOU TO CLOSE THE RETURN AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND YOU SOME MONEY. DONT DO IT SHIP IT BACK BECAUSE ONCE THE RETURN IS CLOSED. EBAY WILL TELL YOU TO GET SCREWED. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN EXCEPT THIS RIGHT HERE. GOOD LUCK AND DONT BUY FROM CHINA. SWINDLERS.

Never close a refund request, or let it time out, unless you have received a refund. If the seller doesn't issue a refund or pay return shipping then you return to the case 4 business days after opening it and ask eBay to step in and help
eBay then forces the seller to issue a refund or provide a return shipping label if they are in the US. Sellers in other countries can not provide return shipping labels and must send the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account. Returns to China must ship Priority,
