Watch out for PSUVIT Shop

Watch out for Psuvit shop items. You MUST pay return shipping even if the item is covered by eBay's "Shop with confidence, eBay Money Back Guarantee" Psuvit shop will only refund the initial cost AND NOT THE SHIPPING BACK to Psuvit shop.

I returned a set of wheels back to seller at a cost of $148 and Psuvit shop now has the item to sell again and I have nothing to show. They hide behind their you pay shipping back even if as eBays Money back Guarantee says "... the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description." The item didn't match the listing and is still for sale and others can be caught by this.

If the buyer files a "not as described" return, the seller is responsible for paying for return shipping. If the seller is overseas and cannot provide a prepaid return label through eBay, the seller is supposed to pay the buyer in advance for shipping. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days, the buyer should be able to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

Under no circumstances should a buyer pay for return shipping "out of pocket" for a "not as described" return; eBay cannot force a seller to reimburse a buyer after the fact. eBay can only return the buyer's initial payment made through eBay.
