Hi . I purchased a refurbished Apple 7 Watch . When I went to activate this , it said the previous owner must have it enabled and it still is linked to their Apple account . Should I return this watch ?

You can try messaging the seller and ask them to have it removed from ‘find my’. I sold some apple headphones and forgot to remove them - it took only a few seconds to correct it for the buyer.
The question will be if the seller has the ability to contact the previous owner. If not, you’ll need to return the watch, so don’t let the 30 day return window expire.
