Washing machine collection
Hello
I bought a washing machine with collection. However, seller denying to bring it down from her property. She is asking to collect it from upstairs. I am not movers so I don’t have barrow to bring it down. Isn’t it seller responsibility to bring it down infront of her house? Pls help!!! Some strong barrows are really expensive and more than the item I am buying

Mentor9 months agoThis is something that you have to work out with the seller. If it is local pick up, you need to pick it up.
The seller should have mentioned that it was "upstairs" so you would know what to expect when you pick it up.
Have you paid? You may want to ask the seller if you can cancel the order if you are unable to pick it up.
