Was tricked into closing a case.
I made an ordered two months ago and ever since, it had been messages back and forth about lost packages and resending. I opened a case because I never received my package. The seller told me to close the case so that they could send it again. I closed it not knowing I would never be able to open it. Now they have gone MIA and I can't return, report, or even leave a negative review to help future customers. What should I do in this case? Thank you

Sorry that you fell for the seller's trick. Since you mistakenly closed the case, there is nothing further you can do through Ebay.
File a dispute through Paypal or your funding source you used to pay for the item.
