Was tricked and I can't get a refund..
I purchased a Jacket which was advertised in my size. When it arrived it is clearly not my size as advertised. It was supposed to be a Large but is the size of a small and I have other products from this same brand that fit fine. I attempted to return and selected "item doesn't fit" instead of "not as described" because both statements are true. I explained my case and the seller denied me and my case is not closed and I'm left with a \n expensive (for me) coat that doesn't fit. I can't seem to contact anyone or reopen the case. Any help would be great. Thank you!
