Was told by Ebay Agent that feedback would be removed, but its still there

Hello,

I was given a negative feedback review due to a buyer purchasing an item, then after purchasing he requested I call and sell to him directly for a discount (he included his message in the buyer notes of the purchase). He then filed a false return when I declined as this is against ebays rules.

I contacted ebay and was told that the feedback would be removed entirely within 24-48 hours however it is still there on my Feedback page.

Ive tried replying and calling, no way to get anyone on phone or chat that isnt a bot. Can someone please help?
