Was sold faulty item, but can't make a return
I was sold a john deere EDL diagnostic tool that does not work. I have tried many different ways in trying to get it to work, like using different USB cables, but nothing seems to work. I have contacted the seller but all I am hearing from them is that, it worked when they sold it to me. Is there anything else I can do?
