Was sold counterfeit item Reported to Ebay want refund

Was sold counterfeit items.. Reported to eBay.. have heard nothing back.. want refund because not safe and violates eBay rules on counterfeit

I asked for refund.. Seller did not provide return label but instead emailed me an address to send items back to . I shipped package today but had to pay shipping cost. I want refund for what i paid and the shipping I had to pay.. They are selling fake water filters that can risk the health of people and my children... The product packaging is printed up to look real but if you check the serial numbers and look for UPC clear fakes. What else can I do?

If the seller did not provide a prepaid shipping label or pay you for return shipping in advance for a "not as described" return through eBay, you should have asked eBay to step in. eBay would have forced the seller to refund you.

eBay cannot force a seller to reimburse you for shipping you paid for out of pocket; eBay can only get you your original funds back -- assuming you can prove that you returned the item back to the seller.
