Was sold a used item

Bought shoes that I was told were new and I got a used pair of shoes. Seller had them posted as new and in box. I got used and no box. He also posted no returns. How do I contact eBay about this and get my money back?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label and once the item is returned they have three days to refund you. If they do not do this then you go back to the case and ask eBay to step in (have us step in) and eBay will force a refund. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
