Was sold a fake Starbucks glass cup, but only confirmed recently it was fake
Summary: mintfive purchased a "bearista" cup on eBay, which was advertised as authentic, only to later realize it was counterfeit after buying a genuine one from Starbucks. Now, they are trying to report the seller but are facing difficulties due to the time elapsed since the purchase and the complications with the site's automated customer service.
I bought a viral sold out "bearista" cup on ebay a few months ago after the ones in store sold out. It said it was authentic. When I received it, I had suspicions it was fake and didnt use it. I had nothing to compare it to until I purchased a real one from Starbucks yesterday. It's obvious it is fake now that I have the real one. I want to report the seller but since I purchased a months ago, I cannot select the item anymore. I've tried to get past the AI chatbot, but it only takes me in circles. Not sure what else to do.

If it has been less than 180 days since the transaction, contact your credit card issuer regarding a chargeback, if that is how you paid.
