Hello, I am having a problem with a package that was to be sent to a buyer. The buyer states that the package was delivered to another city. The package was delivered to Palm Desert CA. 92260, instead of Yucaipa, CA. 92399. I checked the address and city and they both come up with the Yucaipa, CA address. Everything on my end checked out, could the post office maybe made a mistake? And if I wanted to get the coin back the address I have is for the buyer. Is there another person in CA. with the same name and address, but with a different post office? Where do I go from Here?
