I know you said emergency, but if you could have a back-up person to ship for you, it would be helpful. I know if something happened to me, my hubby would never be able to ship! Mentor1 month agoIf you usually ship within your handling time, one late shipment will not hurt you. Did you contact the buyer and explain why you shipped late?
