Was charged for two shipping labels when I just wanted one?

Question

Said I printed it but I did not and they charged me for it without printing a label, so I have to print again to get the label to ship it out. Now....how do I get credit for the un-printed label?

@jreneetrends You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Go to this page and select Download next to the label. You can reprint/ download up to 7 days from the date of purchasing the label.
