Warranty service for mighty Max batteries
I tried contacting Ecomelectronics, The seller for eBay product but they do not accept messages. They are the exclusive seller for mighty Max batteries eBay product. This equates, in my opinion, to no one year warranty.

Ebay has a 30 day Money back Guarantee, not a warranty.
Almost all items sold on eBay have no warranty. Only items sold by factory dealers are covered. Items sold by others are second hand sales and are often not covered even if the item was never used. The buyer would have to purchase a third party warranty.
