Warranty Replacement on Items purchased
I purchased an item from what I thought was a U.S seller (because they advertised as one), only to find out that the item is from Chinese sellers. My item worked for about 2 months and is now dead. I've sent them a message hoping they will honor the "One Year Warranty", but they responded they were waiting on their engineer to get back to them. Can't say I've ever heard that one before... I doubt there will be any follow up or warranty exchange.
Has anyone else dealt with this type of thing and how is Ebay allowing this type of selling tactic (Chinese sellers using U.S addresses)?
