Warranty question
We purchased an item 10 months ago that says on the order details it comes with a 2 year eBay warranty. The item has failed, so we contacted the seller, and he said that warranty is on eBay. I have tried to "chat" with eBay and that was useless. Has anyone dealt with an eBay warranty before and can give me some tips? I clicked on the "warranty" and that took me to some weird Allstate Insurance page....
