Warranty parts
I contacted eBay about seller not responding. Order number is 22-12119-76270 and I haven’t heard anything from seller or eBay about this issue, I had to buy another system because of this problem and now I want a refund and a return shipping label so I can send the bad system back to the seller ! Thanks for any help you can provide.

Mentor1 year agoWhen did you purchase the item? eBay's Money Back Guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. After this time eBay will provide no further help. Manufacturers provide warranties not sellers. Although a seller may place the manufacturers warranty information into the listing they have nothing to do with warranty service unless they are an authorized dealer for the manufacturer. You would need to contact the manufacturer to see if they will cover the item.
