Warranty on Items purchased thru Ebay

Question

I purchased 3 car covers on Ebay and the seller is advertising a lifetime warranty on the covers. The covers (all 3) are failing after two years. The seller asked for the order numbers on the items which I did give them. Now the seller is not responding to me. Where do I go from here?

Only manufacturers and factory authorized dealers can issue warranties.

Random Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties, even though they try to fool buyers into thinking the items they are buying have a warranty.

Unfortunately you are too late to file disputes through either Paypal or your credit card company/bank.
