Warranty on item purchased and seller not responding.
Ok, I bought a mini water heater that came with a 1 year warranty and in 4 months, the item is leaking. I sent messeges to the seller about it and got no response. Is there anything I or ebay can do?

Mentor2 years agoToo late for ebay to help so between you and the seller and/or manufacturer. Although you can still file for a refund with the payment processor, you'll have to pay for and required return.
