Warranty Not Respected and covered
Last February I bough from an UK seller , Fly Rod and a reel .
Both items were shipped in the same box to be received in Madrid-Spain . As is well known that UK did the Brexit, the box with items was retained in Spanish Customs until I paid the import duties . The third week
of March Spanish released the box , but when it arrived to destination the reel was missed and never Came.
Inknow that this is not a seller’s fault , neither mine .
But I made a decision to buy this Reel, because it was covered by EBay money back warranty .
I followed the steps to put a Claim and open a case to ask for my warranty coverage end receive my refund .
Today, I received an email from eBay that the case is closed a that the reel I bought and I paid for through PayPal is not covered by the Money Back warranty …. This is not serious and even not fair , I am a customer with more than 20 years on EBay and I don’t need to make a fraud to claim what is fair .
I would like to know if someone else did face something like this
