Warranty not honored
I purchased a scooter less than a year ago. It Carries a one year manufacturers warranty plus I purchased a two year Allstate Protection. The scooter will no longer charge. Hover said they will not cover it because the seller is not an authorized seller and I must go back to them. The seller will not respond to my messages requesting help. Allstate says it’s less than a year old so I have to go back to the manufacturer.
I am caught up in a p***ing contest!! Does anyone have any solid advise in how to handle this? The other recourse I know is filing a complaint with my state attorney general.

·3 years agoThere's not really much you can do.
Most manufactures will not stand behind their warranties on items bought through sites like Ebay, unless the seller is an authorized dealer.
It's to late to get any help from the seller.
Might have to wait until the Square Trade policy kicks in.
