Warranty not being honored
Purchased an item from a business unit. 1 year warranty. 8 months later the item becomes faulty and business unit claims out of warranty. The ad details on year limited warranty. What recourse do I have?

Was it a manufacturer warranty? You would have to contact the manufacturer.
Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties on their items unless they are an authorized distributor for the manufacturer.

OP1 year agoThank you for the clarification. They are the US distributor for the item. They are the manufacturers contact in the US. All US support for the manufacturer goes through this company. Although mfg in China, they are the US representative.
