Warranty issues with seller allroous
In March 2024 I purchased shift solenoids from seller allroous. After about 2k miles the shift solenoids failed in June. Parts were ordered in March. Less than 2 months went by before parts failed. I contacted the seller to inquire about if these were new or used as they shouldn't have failed so soon, seller told me they were new, and I inquired about the warranty they advertised on the listing, and how do I go about returning these faulty parts, in which I have been ignored for well over a month now.
I want my money back and for allroous to be held accountable for poor business practices on the platform!

eBay's Money Back Guarantee works if you file a Returns Request due to Item Not as Described within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Now you have to reach out on your payment issuer.
