Warranty issue
I purchased 2 tool batteries a year ago. The seller (anmbattery) advertises a 10 year warranty. 1 of the batteries stopped working 2 weeks ago. I messaged the seller twice in the past 2 weeks with no response. Order # 27-12489-23506. I can't find a way to contact Ebay to step in and help.

Mentor8 months agoDid you get a copy of the warranty when you purchased the item? Did the item have the warranty paperwork in the battery package?
You can refer to that warranty to pursue the claim
