Warranty help
Hi, I bought a tablet 2026 SGIN 10" Tablet Pad Android 12 128GB Octa-Core Google Netflix 5G on July 2, 2026 and additional warranty, same day. What is the procedure if there is manufacturer and extra warranty available. My tablet was dead this morning when I went to use it. Not dead battery...dead...as in it won't turn on or take a charge. The charger is working, I tested it on something else.
Please help!

Mentor1 week agoCheck your emails for a message from Allstate. They handle the extended warranty. eBay has nothing to do with the extended warranty other then selling it to you for Allstate.
