Warranty exchange repair
I bought a pump that came with a year warranty. The pump failed in 6 months, the seller (Zoro) sent me a replacement and I was going to use the packaging the ship the damage pump back but they never sent me the return label. Now when I try to contact the seller eBay won't let me. They won't let any messages through. I don't understand why?
