Warranty Enforcement bought from seller had a 1 year warranty item failed within warranty period.
I purchased an item from a seller with a 1 year warranty the item failed within 10 months of purchase. I contacted seller and have received no response to whether or not they are going to replace the item or refund my money. How do I contact Ebay on this issue?

Just curious, did the Seller state they offer a 1 Year Warranty in the description of the listing? My experience is that factory warranties are possible from manufacturers but unless a Seller is a certified dealer of a product and has the responsibility of covering warranty issues you are out of luck.
Here is a link to the eBay Help pages on Sellers offering warranties: Warranty policy | eBay
Read that page and if the Seller is not in compliance you can use the Report item link on their listing(s) to alert eBay of a problem.

Mentor2 years ago@neij_us_zjvhch You are more than welcome and I am sorry this happened ... after 30 days Sellers are off the hook to provide a refund via an eBay claim, after 180 days PayPal is no longer an option, credit card companies allow charge backs but not in all cases and 10 months is a long time ....
Now, IF the Seller stated they offer a 1 year Warranty in their description you "might" have recourse with eBay asking for a courtesy refund since the Seller has obviously not stood up to their offer.

Ebay does not deal with issues with seller "warranties".
