Warranty Coverage...
On August 21, 2022 I bought a 1 year Allstate Protection Plan for a new Olympus VN 722PC Digital Voice Recorder and the item number for the recorder is: 225107239794 The item number for the protection plan is: 352439279757 The order number for the voice recorder is: 10-09009-47324 and the order number for the protection plan is: 10-09009-47323
I purchased this recorder on 8/21/22 and the recorder was delivered on 8/24/22 with the protection plan of course not really being delivered as such for it just there. Anyway the recorder has quit working, it was working just days ago but not now for it's died. When I ordered this I was using
Olympus has been no help because the new recorder was bought on Ebay, I contacted the seller and have heard nothing. Allstate/Square Trade has not provided any help either and something tells me I'll never find retribution for this warranty and quite frankly I think I'm screwed but stranger things have happened and if I don't get satisfaction I must ask why am I buying these warranties?
This once great new voice recorder worked fine and now it doesn't and I've had it less than a year and it does have a 1 year warranty that I purchased so will I get satisfaction here? Thanks!

·3 years agoNo, you won't get satisfaction here. eBay doesn't warranty or oversee warranties. You have 30 days Money Back Guarantee. After that you're on your own.
Call I-800-WARRANTY to file a claim.
