in August 2025 I purchased a lenovo computer, Order Number : 09-13421-13488 from eBay Commerce, Inc. this purchase does not appear in my current list of purchases. I need to contact the seller for a warranty replacement (it was warrantied for one year). How can I contact the seller?

Hate to tell you but unless the seller is an authorized dealer/reseller there never was a warranty, just eBay 30 day money back guarantee

First the bad news. Manufacturers warranty items not sellers. Sellers may be able to help with a warranty claim if they are an authorized dealer for the manufacturer. Unfortunately most sellers on eBay ae not authorized dealers for any manufacturer so no warranty protection may be available. eBay only offers a money back guaranty for 30 days from receipt of the item purchased. You payment source usually only offers protection for 180 days from purchase so they may not be able to help you either.

eBay has no way of forcing a seller to honor any warranty claims they make so this becomes a problem between you and the seller only.
