How long ago did you purchase the item? WHEN was it delivered to you?
If you are within 6 months of purchasing the item ... there may be some hope for you. Earlier than that, I'm afraid you may be SOL. ☹ï¸
Warranties on eBay are rarely honored if the seller merely had the 'warrantee' mentioned in the listing ... assuming the seller isn't a licensed dealer of the item.

·3 years agoContact the manufacture, they are the ones that handle warranties.
Unless the seller was an authorized dealer, the manufacture probably won't stand behind their warranty.
