Warranty by seller
I purchased a new electronic part for my daughter's van on June 7th. Listing states 3yr warranty. Took time to have installed and even more time to go to dealership for programming as seller listed. Dealer says part is bad. Seller won't reply to my messages. Its past 30 day ebay return window. So no option to even start a return. The ebay chat bot won't connect me with a ebay agent becuase no return request has been filed. Listing says 3yr warranty but seller won't reply. Ebay bot won't help. What do I do?
