warranty
I bought two batteries for my Dyson V6 vacuum cleaners. The listing ststed they have a 5 year warranty. Less than 6 months later, they are both needing replaced. What is my recourse?

·3 years agoWe're the batteries made by Dyson,or were they some off brand? Iam guessing the later.

Mentor3 years agoManufacturers do not honor warranties for items sold on ebay unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller, or you purchase the warranty from Allstate when you make your purchase. You can contact Paypal if that is how you paid, or file with your credit card issuer.
