Warranty
I have contacted the seller multiple times about a warranty claim on an item and received no response. Tried the automated help through eBay with no luck. Not sure where to go from here.

Mentor1 week ago@1976mustangii I do wish that eBay would not allow sellers to say an item has a warranty in the listing.
Warranties are through the manufacturer and usually not honored when the item is sold by a third party vendor.
The only warranties on eBay are from Allstate and you have to purchase it at checkout.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee is not a warranty but allows returns within 30 days of the date of delivery.
