Mentor11 months agoManufacturers of items do not honor warranties on their items unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller. Did you perhaps purchase the warranty offered by Allstate with the purchase? If so, you can contact them using the phone number in the feedback they left.
ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. Manufacturers do not honor their warranties unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller. Buyers can file a return within 180 days if they paid with Paypal, or as a last resort, file a charge back with their credit card issuer.
