Warranty
I bought a cover from USA pool superstore. It had a five year full warranty. It failed after 18 months. The store is set up some how where they cannot be contacted. Please help

In the brick and mortar store where I work, the wording of the warranty says the consumer must go online and register the product. They need their receipt to be through an authorized dealer.
Most eBay sellers are NOT authorized dealers of the brand and therefore, any offer of a warranty is moot.
